What Great News! We all know there is nothing better than a comfy Tee and a pair of jeans so whats better to do in them than relax on a great piece of furniture with all that comfort. I am looking forward to get information on becoming a retailer for this line. We might not be in California but i would sure like that chair and ottoman in my living room.

Airstream Makeover

I am so excited that I have the opportunity to give "Molly" a very deserving Airstream a makeover. Her owner has taken her to a repair shop in Boerne Texas to have the floors replaced with CORK! Yes i said it, CORK what a great start. After taking such great initiative she showed up at Urban Turquoise with plans for custom bedding, window treatments and storage options. I jumped right on board with the project and went straight to the Hable Construction Fabric samples and there good friend Thomas Paul. What a great combination for Molly's make over. (I am referring to the Airstream as Molly after great time spent working on her design she has errand this name.) I choose two fabric one for the bedding and one for the valances in the back room. These two fabrics will switch place in the front of the trailer. Since Molly is also a traveling office she will not need upholstery on in the front. I hope someone reading this gets as much out of it as I have. Now i have a new niche: Airstream Makeovers!

New Sign

We are in the middle of re branding the retail side of urban turquoise and are looking for a little feedback. We need the sign to pull traffic from main street and help walking traffic tell us apart from the other home decor retailers. We need it to speak for us and what urban turquoise has to offer. Together we came up with a clean black and white sign and then thought it might need color to stand out. At this juncture we are unsure of where we should head.
