We are in the middle of re branding the retail side of urban turquoise and are looking for a little feedback. We need the sign to pull traffic from main street and help walking traffic tell us apart from the other home decor retailers. We need it to speak for us and what urban turquoise has to offer. Together we came up with a clean black and white sign and then thought it might need color to stand out. At this juncture we are unsure of where we should head.

I love the new sign. I think this will definatly stand out to the customers you are aiming to attract. My thoughts on the wording is that many regular folks (by that I mean not designer savy) may not know what dwelling refers to. Maybe this could be reworded. Good luck with the final decision.
